Throughout 2021/22, we continued our focus on making improvements that benefit our customers – creating efficiencies, laying the foundation to make sure we are making the right decisions, providing you the right solutions, and most importantly delivering on what we say we are going to do. During the year, we were encouraged by your interest in our energy efficiency programs. Over 3,800 residential customers completed home retrofits and our business customers received approximately $2.9 million in incentives available through our Business Rebate program. As well, we had twice as many customers participating in the low-income energy savings program than the year before.
