Laurentis Energy Partners, a division of Ontario Power Group, has opened an office in Saint John, N.B., to build on its offerings to the energy sector.  Expanding on its base in the nuclear sector, the organization is broadening its service offerings to include hydro and thermal generation, transmission, and an assortment of other inspection and engineering services.

“With our experience, we are working hard to bring jobs and technical expertise to the province,” says Laurentis President Dominique Minière. “We have a bright future ahead of us and we are just getting started.”

Formerly known as Canadian Nuclear Partners, Laurentis works with nuclear and power sector industries across the country and around the world. Formed in 2012, the firm offers expertise in a wide variety of areas, including project management, operations and strategic leadership, work and outage management, inspection services, reactor maintenance, plant lifecycle planning, plant refurbishment and nuclear waste management.

The company selected New Brunswick for its first office outside of Ontario.
