About

With the goal of a prosperous and clean energy economy in Atlantic Canada, the Atlantic Clean Energy Alliance (ACEA) was created to support the development and commercialization of small modular nuclear reactors, renewable energy technologies such as wind, solar and energy storage as well as promote the benefits of industrial decarbonization and energy efficiency.

ACEA is a volunteer member group comprised of energy sector, community, and First Nation representatives who aim to enhance the region’s knowledge, appreciation, and understanding of the economic and environmental benefits of clean and non-emitting energy technologies. ACEA also recognizes the importance of a diverse energy mix to sustainably achieve a reliable net-zero future.
